Returns must be made within 14 calendar days.
We do not offer refunds on returns but are happy to give you a store credit or replace any defective item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. All sales items are final.
Please be advised that there are NO returns on headpieces or sleep wear for hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not credited.
